New VIP packages

From brunch to afterparty: these are the new VIP packages at Cyclocross Gullegem

Five packages, from €99 to €295 excl. VAT, all in the heated Growebo VIP tent on the course. And one first you won’t find at any other cross: a real VIP brunch.

Cyclocross Gullegem is the final round of the Telenet Superprestige. But anyone who has spent a day with us knows it’s about more than just the racing. Our VIP packages are known for their excellent value for money, and for many local businesses they are THE networking event of the winter.

This season we’ve set out the options clearly. Whether you want breakfast before heading out to the tape, a stylish lunch or simply to join the party: there’s a package to suit your day.

VIP brunch: the unique start to your cross day

We’re the only cyclocross race offering a real brunch package. Between 9.00 and 11.00 am we welcome you in the VIP tent for an extensive, luxurious breakfast, all drinks included. Then you head out onto the course to follow the elite women’s and men’s races up close. Because watching racing is thirsty work, you get two drink cards.

Price: €99 excl. VAT (€119.79 incl. VAT)

VIP party: join the party

Mainly here for the after-cross? From 4.00 pm you’re welcome at our VIP party. Enjoy a buffet meal, beers, wines and soft drinks, plus a cover band and DJs until 9.00 pm. As a VIP, you also have access to the youth races in the morning.

Price: €120 excl. VAT (€145.20 incl. VAT)

VIP lunch: the classic package

At 11.30 am you start with a reception and fine appetisers, followed by a starter, main course and dessert with coffee. Beers, wines and soft drinks are included. After lunch, you follow the elite men’s race on the course or from the terrace of the VIP tent. Afterwards, you join the VIP party.

Price: €225 excl. VAT (€272.25 incl. VAT)

VIP experience: for the true cross fan

This package is made for those who don’t want to watch the race from behind glass. You start with the VIP brunch, head out onto the course with two drink cards to experience the elite races live at the tape, and then come back to the tent for the VIP party with buffet, drinks and music until 9.00 pm.

Price: €225 excl. VAT (€272.25 incl. VAT)

VIP all day: the full package

Brunch, lunch and party: you spend the whole day in our VIP tent. After breakfast between 9.00 and 11.00 am, lunch follows at 11.30 am. You follow the elite men’s race on the course or from the terrace, and we finish with the VIP party until 9.00 pm.

Price: €295 excl. VAT (€356.95 incl. VAT)
