Enjoy a fine VIP brunch in our heated Growebo VIP tent on the course. After brunch, you can follow the elite women’s and men’s races out on the course. So you don’t go thirsty out there, we give you 2 drink cards.

VIP lunch
Enjoy a fine VIP lunch in our heated Growebo VIP tent on the course. After lunch, you can follow the elite men’s race on the course or from the terrace of the VIP tent. Afterwards, we look forward to welcoming you back to our VIP party. As a VIP, you of course also have access to the youth races in the morning.

We created this package for the true cyclocross enthusiast: the whole day, from brunch to afterparty. Enjoy a fine brunch in our heated Growebo VIP tent. Then we invite you on a guided tour of the riders’ village. After that, you can watch the elite women’s and men’s races live on the course. So you won’t go thirsty out there, you get 2 drink cards. Afterwards, we welcome you back to our VIP party.

What is the difference between the VIP packages?
Each package covers a different part of the day.
- VIP Brunch (9am–11am) is ideal if you want to watch the races along the course.
- VIP Lunch (from 11.30am) combines a lunch with the elite race from the VIP terrace and the VIP party.
- VIP Party (from 4pm) is an evening party with a buffet, a cover band and DJs.
- VIP Experience is for true cyclocross fans: brunch, a guided tour of the riders’ village, the races along the course and then the VIP party.
- VIP All Day includes everything: brunch, lunch and the VIP party.
What is included?
- Brunch: an extensive breakfast with all drinks.
- Lunch: a reception with appetisers, starter, main course and dessert with coffee, including beers, wines and soft drinks.
- VIP Party: a buffet meal including beers, wines and soft drinks.
- Brunch and Experience: you also receive 2 drink cards to use on the grounds.
Every package also gives you access to the races.
Where and when does it take place?
On Saturday 2 January 2027, in the heated Growebo VIP tent along the course in Gullegem. The VIP party ends at 9pm. After that, the afterparty in the Velofollies tent and at the Kühstall is free.
Where do I park as a VIP?
At P6 Expo Kortrijk (Doorniksesteenweg 216, 8500 Kortrijk). With your VIP parking card you park there for free, and a free shuttle takes you to the course and back. You receive one parking card for every two VIP Lunch, VIP Experience or VIP All Day tickets purchased.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. The prices on this page exclude 21% VAT. A VIP All Day package, for example, costs €295 excl. VAT, or €356.95 incl. VAT. You receive an invoice in your company’s name, so you can recover the VAT under the applicable rules.
Can I come with a group or my whole company?
Yes. Many companies use our VIP packages as a New Year’s reception for their staff, customers or prospects. If you want your group to have its own table, it is best to come with 8 or 10 people. For a tailor-made package, just email us at info@cyclocrossgullegem.be.
How and when do I pay?
VIP tickets are sold only through our website, from November. Tickets bought online are paid immediately through our payment provider Pay. The invoice is then sent automatically to your Peppol account. If we cannot find your Peppol account, you will receive the invoice by email.
Can I cancel or transfer my tickets?
Purchased tickets are not refunded, but you can transfer them free of charge to a colleague or customer.
Can children come along?
Visitors under 12 get free entry to the cyclocross on presentation of their Kids-ID. In the VIP tent, every visitor, including children under 12, needs a valid VIP ticket.
Is there a dress code?
No. You watch the races outdoors along the course, so warm clothing and sturdy shoes are recommended. The VIP tent is heated.
Do you cater for allergies or a vegetarian diet?
We do our best to meet your dietary requirements as far as possible, depending on what our caterer can offer. Email your requests in advance to info@cyclocrossgullegem.be. We will check the options with the caterer and let you know what is possible.
Can I combine my VIP day with a team-building activity?
Certainly, and the VIP Experience is the perfect package for it. You start with a fine, extensive brunch between 9am and 11am. Then we take you on a guided tour of the riders’ village. Afterwards you watch the elite women’s and elite men’s races along the course, with 2 drink cards. After the races, we welcome you back to the VIP tent for the VIP party until 9pm.
